Preliminary plans have been drafted to develop 7 private carriage style town-homes behind 1475 East Avenue between East Boulevard and Colby Street. Flower City Management will present the preliminary drawing to the City of Rochester Planning and Preservation Board in October. The architecture of these homes will be similar in style to the Tudor Mansion on the property however, each home will have it's own unique characteristics. Square footage will range from 2,200 to 3,200 feet. It is our intention to provide a shell structure that meets the local guidelines of the Preservation District. Interior build-outs will be customized for each individual buyer.
