This feature requires java enabled in your browser. Sometimes this feature can become disabled. Try the following options if you having trouble.

Internet Explorer: Go to Tools>Options and click the advanced tab. Check the radio button that says "Java Enabled". Then go to the Security Tab, click Custom Settings, scroll down and enable "scripting of java applets."

Netscape/Mozilla: Go to Edit>Preferences, select the advanced category and check the box "Enabled Java" You can also download and install the Java Plug-in.

FireFox: Select Tools>Options, Click web features, and check the box for "Enable Java". You can also download and install the Java Plug-in.
